JEFFREY RUTISHAUSER, President/CEO
Mr. Rutishauser has over 30 years of commercial real estate investment and management experience with private equity firms and institutions, having led over $7 Billion in acquisitions, investments, and development. Since 2002, he has led two major international development organizations - as CEO of Amstar Global Partners Ltd and Managing Director and co-head of AIG/Lincoln. Prior to then, he was a senior private equity investment professional at Westbrook Partners and NorthStar Capital Management, leading commercial real estate acquisition activity and investment management at both companies. In addition, Mr. Rutishauser was a key member of the GE Capital Real Estate team and headed Real Estate Consulting for Price Waterhouse’s New York Office. Mr. Rutishauser received a BA from Dartmouth College, a BE from Thayer Engineering School at Dartmouth, and an MBA from Tuck Business School at Dartmouth.
KEVIN MATTONI, Managing Director - Investment Management and Operations
Mr. Mattoni is a successful investor in Legacy Timeshare Resort recapitalizations, having acquired ownership interests in two timeshare properties in Florida. In addition, he is Managing Partner of The Cunningham Family of Companies, including C.A.R.S. Their firm specializes in assisting Legacy Resorts that are fast approaching their “sunset provisions” or have other financial or physical distress which requires knowledgeable experienced help. C.A.R.S. is one of the few firms offering full-service support in the industry for helping resorts that are facing challenges of owner delinquency and other Legacy Resort issues. The C.A.R.S team have significant experience in the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process and are working with HOA’s and RCI to assist in solving the Legacy Resorts financial and operational issues from non-dues paying deeded members/owners.
