Lago Vista (Kissimmee, Florida)
Built in the mid-1980s as a timeshare resort serving Disneyworld, Lago Vista suffered when Disney started building on-resort hotels. The property has 40 two-bedroom units on 20 acres of lakefront. After experiencing declining active membership and eroding cash flow, the HOA Board partnered with Kevin Mattoni to acquire the active property intervals, acquire the delinquent intervals through foreclose and convert to a full rental property.

Sebring Fairway Villas (Sebring, Florida)
This ten-unit timeshare property built in the mid-1980’s adjacent to a golf course has experienced a long decline as more competitive resort properties were built nearby. With significant cash flow challenges, the Board engaged Kevin Mattoni to acquire the remaining active property intervals, foreclose on the delinquent intervals and convert to a full rental property.
